Should you not have access:

1. Your a new employee, pls reach out to your immediate superior and let your superior request in ur behalf.
2. Your an existing employee:
   1. If you were able to access the system before and your now having issues logging-in, pls reach out to IT team via email or viber.
   2. If you were able to access the system but suddenly can no longer access it, pls check ur internet connection. If the internet is ok, clear your browser cache and try to log-in. If issue persist, pls contact IT
